He's On The List' - AG Pam Bondi Says Top Democrat Will Be Arrested

WASHINGTON D.C. — The ultimate showdown between the Trump administration and radical sanctuary city politicians has officially reached a boiling point. Attorney General Pam Bondi just put top Democrats on notice, vowing to criminally charge anyone caught obstructing federal immigration agents—and she is already sending out the warning letters to prove it.

"HE'S ON THE LIST"

Appearing on Fox News’ Jesse Watters Primetime, AG Bondi reacted to a viral video of former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot announcing her new nonprofit, the “ICE Accountability Project.” The initiative’s stated goal is to “unmask” ICE officers and document their actions.

Host Jesse Watters asked the burning question: “Lori Lightfoot, JB ‘Back Ribs’ Pritzker, they are doxing, telling people the whereabouts of I.C.E. agents. Is that legal?”

Bondi did not mince words.

“No... She will be getting a letter from us tomorrow to preserve anything she has done as well to make sure that she’s not violating the law. It appears she is,” Bondi declared. “You cannot disclose the identity of a federal agent, where they live, anything that could harm them. Pritzker, same ball game.”

TOP DEMOCRATS GET DOJ WARNING LETTERS

The crackdown isn’t limited to Illinois. Bondi revealed that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche sent preservation letters directly to major political figures in California who have encouraged resistance against federal enforcement.

  • San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins

“We told them to preserve your emails, preserve everything you have on this topic, because if you are telling people to arrest our I.C.E. officers... you are impeding an investigation,” Bondi stated. “We will charge them if they think I won’t they have not met me because we will charge them if they are violating the law.”

PRITZKER DARES TRUMP: "COME AND GET ME"

While Bondi prepares potential charges, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker—who is widely believed to be positioning himself for a 2028 presidential run—is actively antagonizing the administration. During an appearance on ABC’s This Week, Pritzker addressed President Donald Trump’s recent social media post declaring that both the governor and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson “should be in jail for failing to protect ICE officers.”

Pritzker’s response? He essentially dared the President of the United States to follow through, telling reporters, “Come and get me.”

VIOLENCE IN THE STREETS

Trump’s fury toward Chicago leadership stems from a deeply disturbing incident a week prior. According to dispatch audio and internal messages, Chicago police officers responding to assist federal agents who were surrounded by an anti-ICE mob were allegedly instructed to stand down.

The danger to federal law enforcement is incredibly real. While patrolling about 15 miles from the anti-ICE demonstrations outside a processing center in the suburb of Broadview, federal agents were ambushed. According to federal officials, after agents attempted to escape their vehicle, a woman armed with a semi-automatic weapon allegedly tried to drive directly into them. She was shot by officers and taken into custody.

As left-wing leaders continue to fuel the anti-ICE rhetoric, the Department of Justice is making it crystal clear: no one is above the law.

“We are going to protect all of our law enforcement agents, and these politicians are not going to get away with it anymore,” Bondi promised.
